談了十幾年的醫藥分業不知甚麼時候才會真正落實! 反觀韓國百分百的醫藥分業真是讓人羨慕不已. 常常聽到一些醫界大老說要提升藥師的年新所得, 也是遙遙無期! 但是要問自己如果有一天醫藥分業來臨時, 升為藥師的你準備好了嗎?
當了兩年的門前藥局負責人深深的體會, 在現今的醫療體制之下醫師的診察費一直被健保局所限制, 醫師門當然不會放棄藥費的利潤了! 所以我認為藥師們一定要團結, 更要不斷的充實自己, 閱讀醫療新知, 所以請大家不斷的提供文章讓網友可以搜尋, 讓藥師對民眾有問必答以提昇藥師的身份和水準. 我覺得這是當前藥師必須要做的.
以前在醫院上班時還可以得到很多網站的協助, 在社區藥局只能完全靠自己, 至於公會我至今仍然無法感受到任何協助! 記得醫師第一次問我要不要合作當門前藥局（現在已經不能說門前藥局, 不過我指的是醫師是藥局老板）負責人時, 真是身心煎熬非常矛盾, 那時我只好至電藥師公會爭求意見, 只見那傳來一付不在乎的聲音：(你自己評估呀！) 其實我非常的希望他們可以很清楚的告訴我藥師要團結不要被醫師所利用了. 問到要如何加入榮總醫院慢性病處方箋領藥處的名單時, 她們說：(那都是以前那些老藥師花時間去榮總醫院藥局做志工所換來的! 如果要加入必須等下次. ) 而現在已經兩年了, 我仍然還未接到可以新增藥局領藥處的通知. 再來就是有一天經過我家的一間健保藥局時看到門前高高掛著一條紅不條上面寫著: 藥物回收處的字幕, 打電話去公會問為什麼我們藥局沒接到這條布條和活動通知? 誰知那小姐說：(你們是新藥局沒在名單裡, 也不知你們藥局)
廢話! 我們要成立一間新藥局當然是去公會辦手續的呀! 你們說我氣不氣! 且那家藥局只隔我們的藥局一條街呀!
我目前還不能告訴各為加入這個會員的好處, 但是可以訓練自己寫文章和不斷的閱讀, 也可以省去自己花很多時間找資料, 可以閱讀別人寫好的．
